EXERCISE AND EMU OIL
Without a doubt one of the best one of the natural remedies for rheumatoid arthritis is exercise, as it benefits emotional, physical and functional ability. Research has shown that rheumatoid arthritis patients, who exercise using aerobics and weights, had no increase in joint in joint damage in their feet and hands.
Aborigines have used Emu oil as a natural cure for centuries, and research has confirmed that it can reduce inflammation and pain. In some cases natural cures like this have proven to be more effective than the usual prescribed medication.
