BREAST ENLARGEMENT
Do this workout to make your breast look bigger & firmer...
Every Tues. and/or Thurs. or any 1-to-2 non-consecutive days of the week you choose
Part 1
Do 3-to-4 Super Sets of 8-to-12 reps of ONLY 1 exercise from Group A & Group B using light-to-moderate weights and rest 1-to-2 minutes between each Super Set.
| Group A | *Group B *Squeeze your back muscles for 2 seconds at the end of each rep for Group B exercises. |
What are *Super Sets?:A super set is 2 exercises performed back-to-back with no rest between exercises so in your workouts for example... You'll be doing super sets where you'll do 8-to-12 reps of Board Push-ups followed immediately by you doing 8-to-12 reps of Bodyweight Back Rows
Part 2
- Do 1 Standing or Seated Bent over back stretch for 10-to-20 seconds followed by Doing one 10-to-20 second leaning back stretch and then...
- Do 2 Partner assisted chest stretches, Doorway Chest stretches, OR straight arm chest stretches for 20 seconds and then...
- Do 2 Shoulder wall or Shoulder floor stretches for 20 seconds and then...
- Do This broomstick stretch here 3 times for 10-to-15 seconds
Part 3
Do another 3-to-4 Super Sets of 8-to-12 reps of ONLY 1 exercise from Group A & Group B using light-to-moderate weights and rest 1-to-2 minutes between each Super Set.
